About
San Diego Industrial/Organizational Professionals (SDIOP) is a group of San Diego area practitioners, academics, and students involved in I/O Psychology and related fields. SDIOP's mission includes:
- To provide high value education and professional development opportunities for members
- To promote the exchange of high quality scientific, practical, and/or theoretical research & information between members
- To serve as an open forum where members may meet and discuss topics of mutual interest and concern
- To develop a strong, unified voice that will serve the I/O field and enhance business leader awareness of our added value
- To build a relationship between I/O professionals in academia and in business
